Click & Collect is an in-store pick up service, for any purchase on our site SCHADESTORE.COM

The In-store delivery system allows the purchaser to pick up his / her Order in our Schade Jewellery store eligible for "Click & Collect". By using the « Click & Collect" system the Purchaser or the recipient of the Order comes and picks up the package ordered and paid for on the Site, in our Schade Jewellery store.

When the Buyer chooses this delivery method "Pick up in store" on the Site, his/her Order is confirmed.

In-store pickup is a free service offered in our store.

When the purchase order is confirmed, (upon receipt by our service confirmation of payment) the Customer will receive an e-mail informing him/her that he/she can come to the store, the Purchaser then has a period of 15 days to collect his/her package. After this period, the order is cancelled. The Buyer shall be reimbursed for the amount of his/her Order.

To pick up the parcel in our store, the Buyer must provide the order number appearing on his email confirmation of Order.

Another person, mandated by the Buyer, can also come and pick up the Order as long as we have been informed by e-mail and he/she also has the order number.

Delivery

The orders are prepared with the greatest care and are delivered to you in a fancy jewellery pouch, together with a certificate of authenticity.

Shipping costs

The delivery costs by registered letter with acknowledgements of receipt are offered by Schade Jewellery for France and abroad.Within 4/6Days International 9/15 Days

You can choose 3 types of sending:

The Chronopost France, delivered in your mailbox, by the post office within 2 working days maximum: charged 29€.

The Chronopost Europe: 49€ Within 4 Days

 

The Chronopost International: 89€ Within 6 Days

Courier

The courier is available only in Paris. From Tuesday to Friday, for guaranteed deliveries within 24 hours. (excluding weekends and holidays). The delivery charge is 35€.

Delivery times and preparation

All jewels are shipped 24 hours after your order (except weekends, Mondays and holidays).
