3. About our product
The items we sell on this website are in accordance with the article L.211-4 and after from the Code Civil’ s Code of Consumption. It says that to be in keeping with the law, the goods sold on this website must be:
- Proper to the consumption we may expect from these kinds of goods.
- Correspondent to the description made on the website.
- Correspondent in terms of quality that the brand may have mentioned in public (by the means of publicity or declarations).
This guarantee applies if the item has hidden defects that cause the impossibility of using the item as we may have had; or if that use is so lowered that you wouldn’t have paid that amount of money to get it.
4. Selling Conditions
As soon as you order on this website, you make a deal with the seller about the delivery of a product that respects the following conditions.
Each order is submitted to availability conditions and price confirmation for the products you selected.
Delivery may fluctuate because of Postal Services’ lateness. Our responsibility won’t be committed.

You also vouch for the facts that the banking account funds from the card you are using are sufficient to cover the total amount of your purchase.
5. The Products
The products sold on this website are the ones available on the day of the visit. They are not second-handed, defected or lower in quality among the standards proposed on the market.
Some of our items are unique and some others are realized with rare natural stones. We attract our attention on the fact that pictures illustrating our products may be a little different from the reality according to your screen light’s settings, the light on our photo shoot or the sensible colour variations of a same stone.
Moreover, all the products are handcrafted so the items may present some irregularities of finishing related to the fabrication. They testify that the products sold are unique. That won’t be motives for returns. The seller’s responsibility won’t be committed nor the validity of the order cancelled.
6. Price
The displayed prices are in Euros, all French taxes included but before delivery and optional gift-wrapping costs.
When you make the definitive order, the total price must be paid.
The seller is allowed to change the prices on this website anytime. If you have made an order before the modification, you will pay the amount displayed when you made the order.
When you ask for an international delivery, the local taxes and various formalities will be your responsibility.
7. Order
The buyer has to identify himself by filling up an order form and follow the directions.
After checking his order, the total cost and the delivery charges so as the optional ones, the buyer can confirm his order in a definitive way.
This confirmation is the contract’s conclusion.
When the contract is concluded, schadejewellery.com will send you an email at the address you gave us in the order form. This email will contain the details of your order.
8. Payment
As soon as we received your order, we proceed to a pre-authorization on your credit card in order to verify that the available funds are sufficient to cover the transaction.
As long as this pre-authorization process has not been done, the products are not sent.
Your credit card is debited after we accepted your order.
The payment of your purchase will be only accepted by credit card.
The buyer will have to fill in his credit card number so as the expiration date and the cryptograph (seen at the back of your card).
By confirming the order, the buyer makes a conclusion to the contract. He testifies that he is in a regular situation with the owner of the credit card he is using.
9. Delivery
The product ordered is delivered by Postal Services or by a warhorse according to the kind of goods the transaction is about and only on the purchaser’s initiative. The delivery address can be different from the invoice address.
The jewels sold on this website are mostly handcrafted in our Parisian factory so that for a major part, they’re realized on demand.
We attract your attention on the fact that according to the available stock and the hardness of the realization, your products will be delivered within 4 weeks.
Schadejewellery.com deliver all over the world but for every order outside France, the local taxes and other will be the responsibility of the purchaser. You have to be informed on these taxes before buying.
Even though we care a lot about the preparation of the order, mistakes happen. If you receive a wrong order or a defected one, thank you to take contact with us within 48 hours after the receipt.
10. Cancellation
According to the content of the article L121-230 of the French Code of consumption, the buyer has 7 open days at his disposal to return the item in order to be refunded. He will get no penalty except for the return costs.
Before returning an item, the buyer will have to follow his process:
- To contact Schade Jewellery on schadeclient@gmail in order to inform us about your will to return the item.
- The item must be in its original condition. It mustn’t be worn, damaged or used in any way.
- The product must be returned with the bill we sent it with.
- The return must be made within 7 open days after receiving the product.
If the return is due to an error from us, the company will refund the return costs. The buyer will have 48 hours to warn Schade Jewellery about their mistake and to refund the item.
The buyer must respect this process in order to be refunded within 30 days after Schade Jewellery received the item back.
If he does not, he won’t be eligible to a refund.

12. Personal information
Schade Jewellery does not sell personal information that we collect, but only employs that information for its own purposes.
The process of giving us information is done in a secure context. The buyer is free to view, change or delete his own information according to the computer law of liberties in date of January 6th.
13. Supplying and ethics
As a reliable company that offers high quality products, Schade Jewellery is willing to ensure that our suppliers respect our ethic. We are expecting that they follow some rules in agreement with our environmental politic in order to protect employees’ health.
Our suppliers respect rules and laws of France including:
- The minimum age to work.
- No discrimination.
- The legal weekly hours of working.
- The legal salary.
- Employment laws.
- The freedom to create associations and to collectively negotiate.
We ask our suppliers to apply these principles in all their business relations, including with their own suppliers.
The supplying chain is a wide and difficult process and we can’t control the situation of each individual. We couldn’t be responsible for our co-workers.
Nevertheless, we make our possible to insure the respect of these principles. We’ll put an end to any collaboration with people that we would learn not respecting these.
